By the end of the course, do I get a certificate?

Yes. Every time you complete a 100% of any module available on this platform, you’ll have the right to a certificate proving your development and conclusion.

The certificate is available online, in PDF format and is downloadable from the user’s account via the link given minutes after the conclusion of the module. The name on the certificate will be the same provided by you in your enrolment, therefore make sure every information there is correct.

Is there a printed version of the certificate?

SEDA College Online provides the file digitally in PDF format only. However, the file is framed to fit the A4 size in case the student wishes to print on their own.

Do the courses have any downloadable material?

According to the running course, like English for Beginners and English Intermediate, they have a specific downloadable material to follow the classes and they can be downloaded straight from the platform in the HANDOUT field.

However, some other courses do not require extra material but they are advisable for a better performance – such as books indicated in the SALES area.

For how long do I have access to the courses?

After the enrolment is done, the access to every course you’ve enrolled on the platform is unlimited and without specific times. Being able to be used whenever and wherever you like.

What are the payment methods?

The payment must be made online, via credit card of the Visa, Mastercard or American Express flags.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes, you can. The request must be made within a 30 days period after the purchase and the request won’t be accepted in cases where the student has already completed 25% of the course.

To request the cancellation the student must first send an e-mail to info@sedacollegeonline.com and wait for a reply done only through there.

My credit card wasn’t approved. What should I do?

First of all, request a purchase approval by your bank. Many times the card is not allowed to make online transactions or there is no limit on the account to make the payment. In case the problem isn’t either one of the problems mentioned previously, just contact SEDA College Online through the e-mail info@sedacollegeonline.com so that the problem can be identified.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

To recover your password, just click on the option “forgot password” under the log in button. An e-mail with a new password will be automatically sent to the registered e-mail.

I forgot my e-mail. What should I do?

In case you forget your registered e-mail, you must contact the support team through the info@sedacollegeonline.com e-mail stating your full name, completed courses and if possible, the approximate date of your last access on the platform. The more information you give, the easier it will be to locate your file and migrate your account to another e-mail as soon as we confirm your identity.

I’m having issues with the payment. What should I do?

Can I access the courses by smartphone or tablet?

The access is possible (besides desktop computers) only by tablets. Unfortunately, our website still does not work perfectly on smartphones, but we are working hard on it to solve this as soon as possible.

Can I copy or redistribute the classes I see on SEDA College Online?

The redistribution and/or copy of any material produced exclusively for the platform, without previous authorization of the owner of the rights or copyrights is an illegal act.

How can I contact SEDA College Online?

The contact can be made only through the e-mail info@sedacollegeonline.com or the Facebook fan page Facebook.com/SedaCollegeOnline.

If I have any questions during the video in any course, what should I do?

There is an area exclusively dedicated to clarify any doubt. What you have to do is write your question in the “Discussion” area and one of our teachers will answer as soon as possible.

What are the prices for the courses?

The prices may vary according to their disponibility and desired area. Most of them are free, however, for those which require any investment, the prices are shown on the main page.

The courses are available in which languages?

Today 90% of the available courses on the platform are in English. However, there are courses available in Spanish and Portuguese too.

Do the courses have subtitles?

Most of the courses have subtitles in English, Portuguese and Spanish. To turn it on, just click on the CC button on the right bottom of the video player. We are working on subtitles for every video.

What do I do to delete my account on SEDA College Online?

Do you really want to do this? 🙁

If you’re sure about this, contact us through info@sedacollegeonline.com requesting the complete deletion of your account. To confirm your identity, don’t forget to send the e-mail of the same account you’re asking for the deletion.

ATTENTION: The deletion is permanent. Every free or paid course will be lost.

How do I change the account’s e-mail?

To change the e-mail address, just log in, go to PROFILE > CHANGE MY EMAIL and after altering it, you’ll get a notification on your new e-mail.

How do I change my password?

To change the password, just log in, go to PROFILE > CHANGE PASSWORD and follow the steps.

Can I suggest a course, theme or give feedback?

Absolutely! We want to hear you!

You can send an e-mail with your idea/feedback to info@sedacollegeonline.com and it’ll be answered as soon as possible.

Can I download the classes?

It is not possible nor permitted to download the classes on the platform. But there is no limit of hours you can spend watching nor times you can rewatch every single class available.

Does SEDA College Online have an app?

No. SEDA College Online does not have an app yet.
